在5月25日,世界卫生组织正式将游戏成瘾列为一种疾病。显然这是因为向世界卫生组织报告的案例已经足够多,导致该组织感觉有必要将“游戏成瘾”列为一种官方疾病。
网络游戏对于现在的孩子包括大多数成年人来说,有着极强的吸引力,小到六七岁的小孩,大到三四十岁的中年人,各个年龄段都有热爱网络游戏的人群。
成年人,包括大学生和上班族,现代大学生玩游戏的非常多,一个是因为脱离了高中之后,自己更自由了,可以自主支配时间;再一个就是自控力了,自控力差一点的可能接触到网络游戏之后就一发不可收拾。
而上班族对于网络游戏的需求可能仅限于下班后的放松或者和兄弟朋友之间联络的桥梁,对于网络游戏的依赖性没有那么强烈。
游戏成瘾,最严重的人群就是未成年人,这类人群往往没有足够的社会经验,所以对于自身的控制力没有一个明确的认知,不知不觉就陷入了网络游戏中无法自拔,因为网络游戏荒废学业或者干扰到了自身日常生活的不在少数,甚至还有因为网络游戏而丧命的,当然这种情况非常罕见。
所谓的网瘾治疗学校我认为并不可取,首先游戏成瘾作为一种精神障碍,是一种游戏行为模式特点是对游戏只去控制力,日益沉溺以致其他兴趣和日常活动都必须让位于游戏,即使出现负面后果,游戏任然要继续下去。这是一种明显的精神层面的障碍,而所谓的网瘾治疗学校无非是采取强制性暴力措施,包括但不限于殴打、体罚、谩骂、电击等不正当教学行为,而这类学校最终目的就是为了钱,完全和戒网瘾没什么关系,最终害的还是孩子。
戒网瘾最主要的还是心理干预,行为教育为辅,而网瘾治疗学校须配备完善的师资力量和教学设备,比如一批常驻学校的拥有正规心理咨询师证书的心理老师;具有专业技能的拓展训练师、体验培训师、法律教育顾问等行为纠正老师等等,这样的网瘾治疗学校才能够安全有效快去的帮助孩子克服网瘾,重新回归正常的社会生活。
最后我想说的是,适当游戏有益身心,过度游戏伤人伤己,游戏可以玩,但需有个度,祝各位玩家游戏愉快~
